Berlinsky. Mr. Berlinsky has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1969, and served as Ethics Officer for the State of Florida in behalf of the Resolution Trust Corporation, from 1990-1992; as Senior Employee Ethics Specialist, and later as one of three National Ethics Program Managers for the RTC from June, 1992 until the agency closed on 12/31/95. The RTC was established by congress to deal with the S&L Crisis and was responsible for the liquidation of 70 billion dollars of assets of failed savings and loan associations. If you are a Public Employees, Public Officers, Public Officials whose conduct is subject to regulation by the Florida Commission on Ethics or a similar body in another state, (and are not an attorney) this course is offered to you free of charge, and you are welcome to visit it at your leisure as often as you chose to seek additional training. |
